House party at TJ's! Wooh!

I am just recovering from what was one of the amusing few days this year. House gathering at Mr Waller's house.
It had food. It had drinking games. It had funky laughter. Heck there was even a cat there. For two nights and days I was at Abbey Mills relexing. It was good. I got there to find Tim and John already there. We played 21, A game that includes the Classical line: "If the Chairman drinks,EVERYBODY DRINKS". Needless to say we got smashed. Watching weird movies, like "In the company of Wolves was also Ace. Not the film itself, which was weird at best, but the conversations it raised. Weird Lupid dreams?..Taking on a pack of wolves with a sword?..Which would win- A sword or a shovel in a fight?..Was Red a Slut?
The next night we brought in Pizza and included Lucy, Elliot and Tash in the mixture. I crashed out early though. Damn the light weight!

Cassie's 21st and a new angle for me to see myself

Okie picture this..
Me in a dress and heels wandering abouting Kingston Town in an attempt to look pretty. Bearing in mind I cannot work in heels and the dress was way to small, I think I did good job!
I arrived there to meet John, where we paniced and tried to buy a nun card for Cassie as it was her 21st. (It was a few days ago, but the celebrations were on Wednesday.)
We did manage in the end to find a good one and a CD we knew she would like. .*High five*
Fast forward to having a mini house party and everyone semi tispy. There were all new faces and one in particular was Cassie the Candian. She had a funky laugh that set me off snorting, which set everyone else off as well.
Hmm, We all went to KP, before marching to Oceana again. It was a good time, though I had ruined feet before the night begin (Told you I can't walk in heels!!)
I was having an ace time til we got out of the club. There I noticed John was being cold.

He said I was playing games with him and looking for attention when I could not get it from him.

It was a slap on the face, and got worse when I went back to Cassie's and found out we forgot to bring sleeping bags as there were 4 others staying the night. I was trying to say that I could go back to Chelsea but no one was listening to me. Made me run away and John have to get the motorbike to find me. I did not mean to be a pre Madonna and certainly not worry anyone, but I was shocked and drunk and pissed off. Not the best mood to socialise with.

He did catch up with me in the end, and the next day we had to meet to deal with the fact people advised him to break up with me, and he was debating whether to listen or not.
I on the other hand, wanted to jump before I got pushed and told him to find someone else, as
I am leaving the relationship before I hurt him more seriously....
We talked and I cried, and we decided not to quit and proof we could be a good couple if we wanted to. Only time will tell if that was wise or not.

The final view of the Seaside

Okie, so being the adventurous people we are, we couldn't bear to leave Portsmouth without visiting the Isle of Wright and exploring what it had to offer. unlike the senisble tourist though, instead of going to the main road, we went the back way. The result?..Pain from the thorns, being half drown by the waves and a race against the tide when we realised there was no way to get up. A lot of slippery rocks we climbed as well as sneaking past signs saying "Private Property". We did have fun though. I swam in the Sea (I will leave it up to the reader to decide whether it was of the Skinny dipping kind though) and me and John were being "Ray Mears" Like. I was grateful when we reached civilisation and more excited when I saw a pub. Who says alcohol is bad for you hmm?.. I was a bit sad when we entered the ferry without anything to show for the weekend, except a few shells and a handful of postcards. I didn't even have rock! Tut tut! Hmm, Back at London saw the rain finally catch up with us..It seems while we were having mini swims in a hot beach, the world as we know it suffered from rain for the long weekend..Timing on our part to have a break or what.. I did have to go to Lectures in the morning which was a comedown. That and waking up at 9am. Torture after lazy days and night. Feel pity for me if you will ;p

In the depths of the sea

Okie, so I was mistaken..
It turns out I did not go to Oxford for the long weekend with John- We went to Portsmouth instead. As we were useless as eachother and did not actually BOOK the hotel we had to make do with what every we could find...

Not that I am complaining. I still have the R and R with Johnny and the chance to have "private time with him".
At the moment we are watching the F1 on ITV. Romantic huh?..he is yelling at the TV every now and again while I look puzzled over the whole point of watching cars go round and round and round..
Hmm, I have got wine and cakes after spendinguh?..h £40 on food and wine in Asda. Good stuff huh?
Be back later..The drinks call meee.

a day out in London. Pixie Style

Okie, so even though I was looking forward to going out to the musical "Wicked" this Friday I was a bit of a twat and mixed up the times. This lead to me and Shane having to think of Plan B fast...so a day out in the British muesum was argeed on. (Who said we can't be cultured?)
We did go out shopping in the west end for books first. Shane brought Manga, I got a Irish book. Well, in a sense. It was about the Irish people and the culture..Xenophobe's guide to the Irish.

Favourite Quotes.. "There is no use denying it. Irish people talk a lot. They don't know why. It seems to pour out of them...Whatever the reason they just can't abide the silence. It's a vaccum that must be filled".
"..They are also noted for the eloquence of their speech. The colourful phrase just comes to them naturally, like whiskers to a goat."
"..it is said that every Irish person has a book inside him or her. Very few can be persuaded to leave it there."

hmm, anyway, we chilled in Waterstone's with me sulking over the lack of strawberries and reading out questionable articles from a magazine I found on a table. Really, the Americans are sex mad. Apperantly the ear is a sexy spot. And behind the knee- who would have guessed? When we finally got to the muesum, I noticed that Shane was impressed. Hard not to with his boy like joy. There was a lot to see, though we did go to see the Mummies, Muslim and China displays. I forgot how big the rooms were there! We had a quick lunch and went to Covent Garden to finish our Tourist day. The buskers were quite fun, though I had to run soon after to meet Belinda and Aster in Kingston. It was supposed to be for her birthday celebration, although due to her mum setting a last minute curfew, we only had a chance to eat in Blue Hawii and then drink in Weatherspoons, Putney. It seems that every club in Putney was for over 21's so a few shots of Blue Lagoon (not that we had an obession of that colour!) did us. I was a little upset the party fizzled out so early, but hey, at least I will get sleep for the mini adventure in Portsmouth tomorrow!

The Uni hates us. Who would have guessed?

the pirate of Tolworth

So because I struggled out of bed and made it into class on time I was not impressed by being forgotten about on Wednesday. Nope, the lecturer didn't turn up at all, leaving a class of "not so impressed nurses" a whole day free. *Sigh*. I was better off in bed.
Not wanted to waste the day, I dragged Sara, Aster and Belinda to kingston Town for mini shopping. Turned into a giggle fest over good food and then onto search for a perfect Laptop for Aster. We didn't find it but we had fun trying!
Sara refused to go elsewhere heading home soon afterwards. Me on the other hand dragged the others to Tolworth "just to see what was there. Turned out nothing much except a scary pirate, a pretty fox and a cheap bowling place. Good stuff I felt, though losing to Belinda was not my proudest moment in history.
Hmm, did a mini study session in St george's as well. Good stuff I felt ;p

A promise Fulfilled

Okie my adored readers,
Here I am again typing out my days just for you to grin and secretly whisper "I am glad it is not me"
Back from placement and tired of the lectures and revison already, I am hiding in the library with my mate Shane rambling in my ear..(about facebook..Yes, he is a stalker..You have been warned people..)
At the moment I am trying to find a cheap weekend away for me and John. Turns out that Oxford seems the best place. Cheap hotel? Check. Good Sites? Check. A place to rest my weary head. Double check. (Thank you Lastminute.com )
Hmm, so what else is new?..Well apart from the sleeping in on the weekends and getting up at the more reasonable time at 7am..(not more 5.30 starts for a while..Woohoooo) I have been exploring good places to eat.
Number 1 place is "the Jam" at Chelasea. Weird tables and weirder boss dude, though laughs with Rosie and Harry. So that has to be worth it huh?..
Okie..
I have to go back to class..Will be back with mini stories and photos and pretty comments.
Peace and Blessings til next time :P

The first lecture..Kill me please

Okie, so here was the plan for this new semister..
After the heartache over the fact I may have been kicked out and the stress of retakes I plan to turn over a new leaf and be the good student.

Soo...I got there on time and was settling down to have a good learn when it turns out I was too early. To be presise a lot of students were late due to traffic! Arghh.. Sitting in silence with others complaining was NOT fun.
When the leacturer did start it was a random talk about Diabetes and the Insulin. The whole day. With only 2 half hour breaks.
Now much as I love having days for just one diseases, it was so packed it made my head spin. Was fun when they brought a Nurse who had diabetics in for Q and A time.
One of the braver students asked : "Does the illness affect your sex life at all?". Coy?..Us?..If you say so ;0) (The answer was "What do you think..?*wink wink*.)
Hmm, I had greater fun ecsaping to Kingston Town at the end of the day for much needed shopping of "hygienge stuff". Goodness knows how I got through without my lovely smellies or floss! I did drag Belinda and Aster with me too, so we had a good wander and brought far too much-A sign of a good day I'm sure. :O)

Not done with my day, I went off to meet Harry and Rosie for a catch up and going to the resturant "The Jam" in Chelsea.
Why that one?..Not the food as many others would have said, or the location.
It was simple. It had weird tables that were like bunkbeds but with the tables on the "top bunk"
The food was average though and made me feeel illl..Sad times.
Harry and Rolo enjoyed it though...I think..

Escaping afterwards we made off to the pub for cocktails and chats of a random nature.. I will leave those to your imagination.

Still not done I followed Rosie to Wimbledon to go to Spoons..We giggled like school children while I made videos of drunken us, as well as see how bad Rolo was climbling walls...

Hmm, Was exhausted when I final got home..But then can you blame meee..?
:OP
(Oh finally word..Rolo has her own version of the day on her blog..loookiieee people..Metrobean.blogspot.com)

In and around Kingston..

Hmm, well this month seems the perfect weather for food and nature, as the sun is up and it is hot. Rare thing in London it seems. So due to that, I have seem to take resident in a certain Cassie's house. Now Cassie, who I meet through John is a lovely bubbly woman most of the time. My problem is that I happen to have wondered into her life when she has exams. Her final, THIS IS IT, SAVE ME FROM STRESS OF THIRD YEAR exams. Meaning that I feel the need to tiptoe round in cause I jinx the last few days of her course and have her kill me. I have seen a warning glare in her eyes. They scare me. However, no one can revise forever, and we have had a few snatches of complete bliss to enjoy ourselves. Mostly with food and drink. Cassie works at KP Bar, which means one night I stole a load of green promo Boas and wigs. How flashy Irish did I think I was! It is not even Paddy's day any time soon! Hmm, the few BBQ's we had were sweet too..As it seems the world is turning veggie on me, I have dropped meat from my diet too , and tuck into Quorn more then a big mac! Good stuff I feel! ;p
